Lagadapati Madhusudhan Rao Executive Chairman of Lanco Infratech Ltd., is amongst the most successful and admired young entrepreneurs of corporate India.

Born in Guntur in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh in 1966, Madhusudhan Rao completed his B Tech from Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada, and his MS in design engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.  He went on to obtain his MS degree in industrial engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, USA.  Subsequently, he also did a stint of practical training in various aspects of Quality Management at Waggner Corporation in the United States.

On his return, Madhusudhan Rao joined the team in building up LANCO Industries Ltd near Tirupati, in Andhra Pradesh. Showing an exemplary initiative and drive, in 1992, he became the Managing Director of the Company. The year 2002 also saw Madhusudhan Rao became the Executive Chairman of LANCO Infratech Ltd.

Under his leadership, LANCO has emerged as one of India's fastest growing business conglomerates across a synergized span of verticals. Madhusudhan Rao has been instrumental in giving Lanco Infratech's CSR initiatives a new and larger dimension by associating with international movements such as the UN Global Compact.

Bhaskara Rao is respected for his expertise and achievements in the Construction industry. His commended experience in project planning and execution continues to give a firm direction to Lanco’s strategic growth, especially in the Construction and Infrastructure segments.

L Sridhar comes with a few years of experience at Acon Building Constructions in Sanjose, the United States. He worked as Joint Managing Director of LANCO Infratech Ltd, formerly LANCO Constructions Ltd, from 1997 to 2003.

Sridhar is also Director and Promoter of LANCO Kondapalli Power Pvt Ltd, Rithwik Energy Systems Ltd, Clarion Power Corporation Ltd, ABAN Power Company Ltd, LANCO Amarkantak Power Pvt Ltd and LANCO Green Power Pvt Ltd. He has done his BE (Civil Engineering) from Siddaganga Institute of Engineering in Tumkur, Karnataka and MS (Construction Management in Civil Engineering) from University of Eastern Michigan in the United States.

 

G Venkatesh Babu is the Managing Director of LANCO Infratech Ltd. He has rich experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance and Equity Capital Markets.

He currently looks after LANCO Infratech's Finance functions and is a member of the LANCO's Strategy Team. He focuses on LANCO's strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. He is extensively involved in financing of LANCO Infratech's projects and overseeing the resources function of all the Group companies.

His success has been in making Lanco Infratech Ltd one of the most synergized and responsive of organizations, drawing the best professional talents together and infusing them with a shared sense of purpose.

 He is respected as a strategist who can foresee opportunities, new horizons and give a rapidly growing organization an impetus to achieve desired goals.

A Bachelor of Commerce from Madras Christian College, he is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

J Suresh Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer of Lanco Infratech Ltd.

A Graduate in Commerce from DG Ruparel College, Mumbai, Suresh Kumar is a Chartered Accountant. He did his articleship with CC Chokshi & Co (now Deloitte Haskins and Sells)

With vast experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring Advisory, Strategic Advisory, Fund Raising Advisory, Business Development and Equity Capital Market, Suresh Kumar also plays a key role at Lanco in resource mobilisation, Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor Relations.

Panduranga Rao heads the gas based power projects of Lanco Infratech ltd. In this capacity he is the Director & CEO of Lanco Kondapalli Power Pvt Ltd and a Director of ABAN Power Company Ltd and Udupi Power Corporation Ltd.

A commerce graduate from SV University, Tirupati, India, Panduranga Rao is a qualified Chartered Accountant and simultaneously completed the Inter of Company Secretary course. He did his articleship with Brahmayya & Co, Chennai. He has more than 28 years of rich experience across diverse industries.

K Raja Gopal is the Chief Executive Officer of the Thermal Power Business of Lanco Infratech Ltd. He is also the CEO & Directorof Lanco Anpara Power Pvt Ltd.

Raja Gopal holds an ME degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Marketing from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He has over twenty-two years of experience in Project Development and various functional disciplines of manufacturing and power industries. Raja Gopal currently looks after the development, execution, commissioning and operations of Lanco Amarkantak Thermal Power Station in Chhattisgarh and Lanco Anpara Thermal Power Station in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Pradeep Lenka is the Chief Executive Officer – Thermal, of Lanco Infratech Ltd. In addition to this he also plays a key role in strategic planning and technology.

Predeep Lenka is a Mechanical Engineer with Finance Management Certification Course from IIM, Bangalore. He has more than 30 years of experience in power projects as Original Equipment Manufacturer and also as Independent Power Project Developer. He has led the implementation of over 15 power projects based on coal, oil and gas in public and private sectors.

Pochendar Shenigarapu is the Director & CEO of Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt Ltd.

Pochendar Shenigarapu holds a B Tech in Civil Engineering and M Tech in Environmental Engineering and has over 26 years of experience in the construction of residential & commercial space, water supply & sanitation project execution, operation & maintenance works, turnkey execution of combined cycle power projects and marketing infrastructure projects.

S M Roy is the CEO of Lanco Infratech Ltd’s Construction Division.

A graduate mechanical engineer, he also holds a post graduate degree in Business management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

S M Roy has over forty years of experience in the construction industry as contract coordinator, project in-charge, SBU head and of a president. He has held key positions with top corporate in the sector. He is recognised in the industry for exemplary leadership in challenging projects spanning Power Stations, Metallurgical Plants, Oil & Gas Pipelines and diverse Infrastructure Projects. He also has a track record of building strong international partnerships for both technology and execution.

Sreenivas Veluri is the Director of LANCO Infratech Ltd  heading the Corporate Affairs function and is also the member of the Core Strategy Team of the Company.

He has over two decades of extensive exposure and experience of handling various business aspects of both Electronic and Print Media in India.

Having spent his initial years with a renowned software company, he later switched over to the media industry where he held several senior management positions with leading Newspapers and TV Channels.

 He has to his credit being the Head of the first ever satellite Telugu television channel - Gemini TV

A born orator and journalist at heart, Sreenivas Veluri looks after the entire gamut of Corporate Affairs of Lanco Group with a focus on redefining not only Corporate Communications but also exploring newer avenues for the Company’s growth by interacting with Business Chambers and international organisations in India and abroad.

An MBA from Pune University with specialisation in international marketing, he has extensively travelled on various assignments to promote the company's business interests across the globe.

SC Manocha is the Chief Executive Officer – EPC of Lanco Infratech Ltd. He is a Mechanical Engineer and a Management Graduate. He has several additional qualifications including project management, financial management, labour laws, welding engineering, construction and planning of thermal power plants,planning management and project management from reputed Institutes across India. He has over 35 years of rich experience in key positions with leading corporate. His expertise includes pre-project planning, project planning, key negotiations, departmental clearances, finalising equipment and service providers, financial modelling, business strategy, marketing intelligence and strategic alliances.

Sanjay Kumar Mittal is the Director & CEO, Hydro of Lanco Infratech Ltd. He is an Electrical Engineer. He has over 25 years of rich experience in all areas of Hydro Power Projects having been part of major projects including Teesta, Lachen, Rangit and Nathpa Jhakri to name a few.

Rajesh Mahajan is the Whole time Director of Lanco Power Trading Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of Lanco Infratech Ltd. He joined Lanco in 2005 and built power trading business from the scratch.

Rajesh Mahajan is an Electrical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering with Management qualifications from International Management Institute. He has more than 17 years experience in the power sector in various functions of Marketing, Business Development and Project Management spread across National and Multinational companies of repute.
